Announcement: KOOPMAR 5th Annual General Meeting

The Board of Koperasi Kariah Masjid Ar-Rasyidin Alor Gajah Berhad (KOOPMAR) is pleased to announce that the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is tentatively scheduled to be held in early April 2026.

All members are highly encouraged to attend, as your presence plays a vital role in strengthening our cooperative and ensuring its continuous growth. The AGM will also serve as an important platform to review the cooperative’s achievements, discuss future plans, and foster stronger unity among members.

As part of our appreciation, attendance honorarium will be provided to all members present. In addition, the proposed dividend, which has been carefully reviewed by the Board and approved by the Auditor from the Malaysia Cooperative Commission (SKM), will be distributed to eligible members.
